A B2B trade with no B2B website

Premium Vent's customers are facilities managers, procurement teams and commercial buyers. The kind of buyer who reads contractor websites at 10pm before sending a request for tender. The previous site was a generic brochure. It did not signal TR/19 compliance, did not surface the standards customers ask about, and did not have lead routing that matched the way commercial buyers actually shop.

APPROACH

A B2B layout, with standards rendered explicitly

We wrote each landing page around the standards and techniques commercial buyers actually search for: TR/19 grease cleaning, kitchen extract, fire damper testing and ductwork maintenance. The forms ask the questions a facilities manager expects to be asked. The visual tone is procurement-led, not consumer-led.

WHAT WE BUILT

A site engineered for facilities managers and procurement teams

A multi-page site with dedicated landing pages for each ventilation service. TR/19 is named explicitly in headings, structured data and copy so it surfaces in technical searches. A separate enquiry form captures contract value, facility type and frequency, so the team can triage incoming work by value before they reply.

RESULT

A site that speaks the language of the buyer

Premium Vent now lands enquiries from facilities managers and procurement teams that arrive pre-qualified. The form captures the context the team used to ask for on a discovery call, which has compressed the time from first enquiry to quote. The site reads as procurement-ready, not consumer-friendly, and that is the point.
